Secretary Boorman was the United States Secretary of Defense, who was saved by Scott Ward during the zombie wars. He will be portrayed by Harry Lennix in Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas but was first mentioned in Army of the Dead.

Secretary Boorman was on his way to Las Vegas to arrest Torrance during the zombie outbreak. He was caught up in the chaos, but was successfully extracted from the city by Scott Ward, who Boorman later awarded with the Medal of Freedom for his actions.[3]
