"If it's a choice between dying on the Strip and spending another day flipping patties at the Lucky Boy, I'll gamble on a few million."
Cooking was the skill of food preparation; that of turning ingredients into meals. Most people could cook for themselves, at least at a basic level, while others were able to do so professionally.

Professional cooks[]

Scott Ward was a capable cook, running his own taco truck in Las Vegas prior to the zombie outbreak, then moving on to cook for the Lucky Boy after the zombie wars. Dissatisfied with flipping burgers, he dreamed of running another food truck, and was prepared to cook artisan grilled cheese, tofu, and lobster rolls.[1]
Amateur cooks[]
The following people have demonstrated a basic level of cooking skill, such as preparing a meal for themselves, but have not done it at a professional or notably well-liked level.
