Spoilers!
This article contains spoilers from Red Notice, La Casa de Papel/Money Heist, Lupin, and Ozark.

  • The meeting between these characters must have taken place between mid-December 2020 and December 2024. The following explanation for these dates will contain spoilers for all media referenced by the dialogue and appearances in Criminal Support Group.
    • Army of Thieves and Army of the Dead: The conversation in Criminal Support Group is predicated on Ludwig Dieter having experienced the events of Army of Thieves in full, which ends in late September, 2019. This can be determined because he uses the alias "Ludwig Dieter" in the short, which is a name he did not consider taking up until the end of Army of Thieves. He likely couldn't have yet experienced the events of Army of the Dead, however, as his life takes a dramatic turn during the Götterdämmerung heist that likely would have precluded his participation in such a meeting. This heist takes place in early July 2025.
    • Red Notice: The Bishop is given her Red Notice at the end of Red Notice, and references recently receiving it during Criminal Support Group, which means Red Notice takes place shortly before Criminal Support Group, however it's unknown exactly when Red Notice takes place. Nolan Booth states that 1945 was 70 years ago in the movie, making it 2015, however this was a loose statement. It can be said that the year is no later than 2024, as 2025 would mark the 80th year, meaning the value of "70" would no longer make sense by any rounding metric. Agent Hartley also references the year 2014 as if some time has passed, though it's unclear how much.
    • Money Heist: Marseille is last seen participating in the Bank of Spain heist, which took place in April 2019. He escapes unharmed, and so is free to participate in the support group at any point after this. He also would have been available before this, however, the Bank of Spain heist was his big one, best befitting of his self-given title of "master thief" in Criminal Support Group.
    • Lupin: Ludwig Dieter and the Bishop refer to Assane Diop as both "Lupin" and "Assane," indicating he's known by both names. In Lupin, Detective Guédira makes the connection between Assane and Arsène Lupin in October 2020, but his theory isn't vindicated until December 2020, when Assane becomes widely recognized and wanted throughout Paris. Dieter and the Bishop couldn't have known Assane as "Lupin" before this.
    • Ozark: In Ozark, Ruth states her age to be 19 and her birth year to be 1998, which means the current year at the time must be 2016 or 2017. Wyatt is later accepted into the college class of 2022, which puts him in the 2018 high school graduating class. After accounting for onscreen time passage, this means Marty Byrde, mentioned in Criminal Support Group, moves to the Ozarks during the 2017-2018 school year and stays there through the following summer. Marty would be capable of scheduling the support group meeting at any point after the summer of 2018, which was when the events of the series concluded. He also spent some time in Mexico as described in Criminal Support Group on two occasions, but the timing of these stays is inconsistent with Army of Thieves and Lupin as mentioned in Criminal Support Group, as they occurred in 2018.
