Below are the details of the Armyverse scenes that were written, filmed, and/or animated but were not included in the final media for whatever reason.

Army of the Dead[]

Zeus vs Vanderohe bts
  • Richard Cetrone described a scene that explained a connection between his character, Zeus, and Vanderohe that was cut to avoid giving too much away.[1]
  • A snippet of the original script released by Clay Staub included Maria Cruz driving the armored Sin City Tacos truck with Scott Ward firing on zombies from the passenger door, Vanderohe firing a machine gun from the back, and Dagliesh firing a turret from the truck's roof.[2]
  • The title montage originally included a male zombie stripper whose conversion bite was on his penis, but Snyder decided to cut it since it would be too early in the film for the average viewer.[3]
Martin x-ray deleted scene
  • The stunt performance of an extended scene from the title montage was shared by Danielle Burgio on Twitter on Army of the Dead's one year anniversary. It depicts more of the other Las Vengeance members' action during the scene in which Soccer Mom shoots two car occupants who had been bitten.[4]
AotD The Undead Scene
  • A scene of Bly Tanaka and Martin examining Zeus' government files was filmed, but did not appear in the movie.
  • Scott's journey home after meeting with Tanaka for the first time was filmed, including taking the Lucky Boy trash out, getting in his truck, driving him, and walking through his courtyard before examining the safe blueprints. There was a slow-motion shot of kids in the courtyard playing zombies.[5]
  • Lilly describes a scenario where zombies that have dried out become active again in the rain. A scene depicting this was planned, but never filmed.[6]
  • There was a scene in which Mikey Guzman played cards with a table of skeletons on the main floor of Bly's Casino. This scene was later released through the NFT of the Dead event.
Zeus v Vanderohe
  • Zack Snyder described a scene wherein Zeus would dream of a future with his son, all grown up. His son would be the next stage of zombie evolution - smarter and stronger than his father before him. This would have taken place as the zombie fetus died, but was never filmed.[7]
  • There was a third reconciliation scene between Scott Ward and Kate Ward that took place between the rooftop scene and the post-crash scene.[8]
  • The stunt performance of Zeus attacking Lilly included him biting her. The bite was not included in the film.
