"It's that simple. Any questions?"

Leadership was the skill of gathering followers and being able to lead them to accomplish shared goals. It involved confidence, decisiveness, plan-making, general intelligence, social accuity, and a level head.

Skill users[]

Scott Ward

Scott Ward was a natural leader, leading the Las Vengeance search and rescue team during the zombie wars, which was so successful even the military deferred to the group. When regrouping for the Götterdämmerung heist, Scott effortlessly took command, with new and returning members alike looking to Scott without question.[1]

Viva Las Vengeance gunner

Vera was an excellent leader who led field missions for Las Vengeance Search & Rescue. Her known missions were successful, even despite dealing with mechanical failures, training new recruits, and losing their driver all at once.[2]

Maria Cruz

Maria Cruz was an exceptional leader, running an independently successful business of her own in Las Vegas before the outbreak, only to begin coordinating rescue efforts for Las Vengeance during the zombie wars. Finally, after leaving the fallen city, she restarted her mechanics business, once more becoming quite successful.[1][2]

Mikey Guzman

Mikey Guzman built up a sizeable following on social media for his Guzman of the Dead 420 videos, but he also gathered a tight following in his personal life as the center of a large friend group, likely due in part to his charisma.[1]

Gwendoline

Gwendoline Starr was a capable leader who kept her team in check through two world-class bank heists before her crumbling relationship split the team, at which point her splinter team continued to follow her lead for a third heist.[3]

Delacroix

Vincent Delacroix successfully led an Interpol unit after Gwendoline's heist crew, specifically targeting Red Notice holders, Gwendoline Starr and Brad Cage. His team successfully caught them, as well as Korina Dominguez and Rolph, which were all officially-confirmed members of the group. He got caught up in his notions of Gwen's plans, which put his investigation at risk, but his team ultimately pulled through.[3]

Vanderohe

Vanderohe had a strong gravitas that affected those around him. While he didn't necessarily seek leadership roles, others looked to him to follow his lead. Ludwig Dieter immediately took a liking to Van, looking up to him and taking his lead from the moment they met, and Burt Cummings, himself power-hungry, quickly backed down to Van's calm commands.[1]

Beatrix

Beatrix was Delacroix's partner and second-in-command over his Interpol unit. She complimented his leadership by making up for his shortcomings, including maintaining morale and reminding him to consider all angles. While she was a very skilled second-in-command, it's not clear that her leadership traits would stand on their own.[3]

Generic Placeholder

The President of the United States, who is also known as the "leader of the free world," was a person whose position could only be achieved with strong leadership traits under standard circumstances. The fact that his approval ratings were exceptionally high prior to the nuclear strike on Las Vegas enforces this notion.[1]

Bly Tanaka

Bly Tanaka independently became a billionaire through his casino business, which would have required some skill in the field of leadership. Not much is known about the extent of his leadership or his methods, but Scott Ward and Korina Dominguez notably held negative opinions of him based on his public information.[1]

Trivia[]

  • Zeus' ability to compel alphas is something they're unable to prevent, following naturally from their bite. As a result, Zeus' skill is considered social manipulation, not leadership.
