Ludwig Dieter was the name of a comic book written by Sebastian Schlencht-Wöhnert at about the age of twelve. It was shown in a flashback during Army of Thieves as Sebastian told Gwen about his childhood.
History[]
When Sebastian Schlencht-Wöhnert was a boy, he didn't like playing with other kids. Instead, he stayed inside, practiced safecracking, and imagined himself as an adventuring safecracker named Ludwig Dieter. He drew romanticized versions of his exploits in this comic book. He later told Gwendoline Starr of his fantasy, and following this conversation, she created a fake ID with the name "Ludwig Dieter" for Sebastian to use to travel to America.[1]
