Marianne Peters was a skilled helicopter mechanic, upon whose talents were relied by the Las Vengeance heist crew during the Götterdämmerung heist, in which an old helicopter was necessary for leaving Las Vegas alive. Since the helicopter was known to be in a state of disrepair due to being abandoned and open to the elements since the fall of the city several years before, the burden of this responsibility required significant reliability.

Maria Cruz ran a professional business as an automobile mechanic in Las Vegas before the Las Vegas outbreak. After the city fell, she eventually moved to the Victor Valley, to which she either moved her business, or started a new one in the same field. Her Vegas business was so successful that she was put on the cover of an issue of Vegas Success.

Sharkey was an employee of Maria Cruz's in Victorville. The extent of his mechanics skill is unknown, but he would have required the basic ability to navigate mechanics tools and car parts to provide any benefit to Cruz's business.
