Neo was a safecracker who joined an underground safecracking match against Sebastian. He was portrayed by Trent Garrett in Army of Thieves.
Biography[]
A safecracking hobbyist, he was the reigning champion of an underground safecracking tournament until one day losing to Sebastian. This loss embarrassed Neo, causing him to lash out at Sebastian, but he was restrained by security.[1]
Abilities[]
- Safecracking: Neo was a skilled safecracker who used this skill in competition. He fared better than Sebastian, until reaching the finals and being easily defeated.
