Potsdam was the capitol city of the German state of Brandenburg. It's where Sebastian Schlencht-Wöhnert lived his boring life as a bank teller before the Las Vegas outbreak and it was a simple train ride away from Berlin. It's shown multiple times in Army of Thieves.
