Sleight of hand was the ability to maneuver one's hands in such a way that others were fooled out of the reality of the situation. This skill was useful for things like card tricks and pickpocketing. It required dexterity and focus and could be boosted by charisma.

Gwendoline Starr was an incredibly skilled pickpocket. From the age of six she became interested and talented in the craft, honing it to the point that as an adult she was able to steal a wedding ring, a wristwatch, and a gun from three different Kommer customers in a matter of minutes.[1]
Larry Fong was a skilled magician who performed card tricks, which require proficiency in sleight of hand.[2]
