Colonel Torrance was a government official who is primarily to blame for the Las Vegas outbreak.[3] He will be introduced in the animated series, Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas, in which he will be voiced by Christian Slater.
Biography[]
A government official running a mysterious experiment, Torrance inadvertently transformed Richards into a zombie, which ultimately led to the fall of Las Vegas. The government gunning for him, he managed to flee to Mexico City.[4]
